Terms & Conditions
The policies that govern enrollment, conduct, health, and payment for every C-N Summer Music Camp. Registering counts as acceptance of all terms below.

Agreement
Scope of Registration
By registering for any Carson-Newman Summer Music Camp (“Camps”), the parent / guardian and participant agree to follow all camp policies, rules, and staff directives.

Registration
Accurate Information
Families must submit accurate registration information. The Camps may deny participation if eligibility requirements aren’t met or if information is knowingly falsified.

Conduct
Zero-Tolerance Standards
The Camps maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward bullying, harassment, threats, fighting, weapons, illegal substances, and vaping. Staff may remove participants for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Health
Medical Disclosure
Families must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, and required accommodations during registration. The Camps cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.

Property
Personal Items & Instruments
The Camps are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items or instruments.

Media
Photography & Video
By registering, families grant permission for the Camps to use images / video unless an opt-out is submitted in writing prior to camp.

Program
Schedule & Faculty Changes
Camps may adjust faculty, schedule, or format due to enrollment, staffing, or circumstances beyond their control.
Payment
Deadlines & Plans
Full payment is due by Sunday, May 17. Payment options include full upfront, deposit + balance, half / half, or monthly plans. A $35 late fee applies to delinquent monthly payments.
The $100 deposit reserves a spot and is non-refundable.
