    Leadership Track

    Builds confidence, communication and teamwork for section leaders and aspiring student leaders.

    Curriculum

    • Roles and expectations of student leaders
    • Personal strengths development
    • Fundamentals of teaching in the band room and on the field
    • Goal-setting and motivational skills
    • People-management skills
  2. 02

    Drum Major Track

    Offers hands-on training in conducting, teaching fundamentals, score study and motivational leadership.

    • Extended Individual Help Sessions for DM teams
    • Basics of Conducting
    • Conducting Styles & Techniques
    • Score Reading
    • Basic Teaching Strategies
    • Creation of Salutes

    Drumline Track

    Focuses on percussion technique, timing, ensemble awareness and performance precision with expert coaching.
